Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Woodlands Pool Builder may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the user accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing material removed from the Site more than twice.
